Ace was abandoned along with his companion and their puppies. Several of the puppies died before they were found, and all were very thin.
Ace is a large boy (78#) and still growing. We are guessing him to be around 11 months old. He's very loving, sweet and gentle with people, and still acts like an overgrown clumsy puppy. He is possessive of his food around other dogs, but that is due to his being hungry for so long. He would be best as an only dog or with a submissive female. He doesn't get along with other males very well.
