Vintage Military item. Used to "Train" a naval gun. It's air powered and works like a vertical rate gyro. The single gimbal is restrained by wires and an adjustable torque resistance. This is great fun if you blow into it to spin the gyro. Works best with compressed air. Try to hold with one hand and move in different directions. The spinning gyro will try to keep you from moving. Fun teaching tool. Part No. xxxx68 - Ser. No. xxxx7. $95
