Let A Clean Home Be Your Resolution!
Got dust bunnies or cobwebs that drive you up the wall? Need some deep cleaning done but you don't have the time due to your busy schedule? Maybe you're a swinging bachelor wanting to impress the ladies with a clean pad. Or maybe you're a mom who is overwhelmed with domestic chores and you need a break. Maybe you're going out of town for the weekend and you need someone to watch the house and the critters while you 're away! If so, I can help! Just a little FYI on me:
42 years of age.
I am a full time college student at MHCC
I am available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday! After December 16th due to Christmas vacation from school, I will be available Monday through Friday until January 5th, xxxx
Dependable and non-flakey.
I am English speaking and I do have references.
I work hard and take my time so it is done right the first time around.
I can house sit for you as well!
What I do:
Laundry.
Move outs and apartment turnovers.
One time service.
Weekly service.
Bi-weekly service.
And even monthly service as needed.
The areas I serve:
Tualatin
St. Johns
Jantzen Beach
Multnomah Village
Beaverton
Milwaukie
The Pearl District.
Inner SE, NE, SW, and NW Portland
All of these areas I have mentioned are easily accessible by Tri-Met
Areas I do not serve:
West Linn
McMinnville
Vancouver
Oregon City
Hillsboro
Sherwood
Forest Grove
These are areas that are not as easily accessible by bus or MAX.
My rates are as follows:
$15 an hour for housecleaning (you must have your own cleaning supplies and cleaning tools such as a vacuum, broom, mop, ect;)
$50 a day for house sitting (includes checking mail and some housecleaning as well. As well as keeping an eye on your critters).
These are my prices upfront compared to other services that post on CL. And you won't pay an extra fee for my services if you want to schedule me in the evenings, weekends, or holidays because my rates are fair compared to the competition :-). It is also a proven fact that when you hire a cleaning crew, you see a high turnover of employees since they are paid minimum wage and the bulk of what you pay the cleaning service goes to the corporation, and who really needs that with our current economy? You want to save money, not pay more. But with Cinderella Housekeeping, which has been in operation and is privately owned and operated by me since April of xxxx, you will know that your money is going directly to the person working for you, and that your money will go directly back into the local economy. So when that happens, everyone is happy!
I am now taking appointments in NE, SE, NW and SW Portland only that are accessible to Tri-Met. So please feel free to book your holiday appointments ASAP!
