Seeking Investor for Major Hollywood Feature Film - $500K Needed in Portland, Oregon For Sale

Greetings my name is Norman Johnson. I have a client in need of funding. The project is a Hollywood feature film and they are in need of $500K. The funds are for pre-production purposes. They already have financing for actual production which stands at a little over $50M, but those funds are only allocated for production purposes. The $500K is simply needed as cash flow before production begins in the Spring. Repayment on the funding is expected to take no more than 210 days. So it is a very short term loan. There are several A-list cast and crew members attached to this film, and you can and will be able to speak with the producer.
