Vintage Swans Down Cake Flour tin angel food cake pan. Raised lettering in the bottom of the pan reads: "Swans Down Cake Flour Makes Better Cakes". It is approx. 3 5/8" by 8 5/8" diameter with the interior center measuring 4 1/2". It has two side panels that can be raised to allow for a knife to be inserted to help remove the cake. The side panels slide up and down easily and both panels read: "Swans Down Cake Pan, Pat. Dec. 18-23. E Katzinger Co., Chicago, Licensed MFRS?. It has a lovely old patina. $20
