Kentucky KM1000 "master model" F-style mandolin, new old stock w /Travelite TL-45 case, $1325 in Portland, Oregon For Sale

I have for sale a new (old stock - purchased from Saga in xxxx) KMxxxxB mandolin (with a black lacquered Adirondack spruce top), with full Kentucky warranty. These mandolins have been getting some outstanding reviews since they were re-introduced, and compare favorably with any other brand mandolins in their price range (including Eastman and the Loar).
I've set it up to play easily, and adjusted the string spacing at the bridge to increase the volume, and refit the bridge feet to improve bridge stability and tone. I am including for free a Travelite TL-45 case, which lists for $99.95. This is not the case in the pictures, which has been sold to someone who was just looking to buy a better case for a "fancy" mandolin. This particular instrument has an optional "abbreviated" ebony pickguard available (made by respected Portland mandolin luthier, the late Bob Schneider). The cost for the pickguard is $125.
