Need female vocalist in Portland, Oregon For Sale

Looking for female Vocalist/Guitarist or Keys with any additional instrument add to the sound of an early forming duet. Preferred if you would be able to carry some of the leads, but ultimately it would be a balance. Performance-minded novice intermediate level, but pushing it up very quickly. Working on originals, but also like doing artists such as Wood Brothers, Robyn Hitchcock, Rhett Miller, Jason Maraz and many others. Some rehearsal space available as looking to practice 2x a week.
