This is a new instrument (with factory warranty), professionally set up for ease of playing (nut slots, action height, and bridge-to-top fit have been adjusted). This mandolin has all solid wood (carved spruce top, carved maple back and solid maple sides). The sound ot this mandolin is loud and full, with good bass, tonal balance, and projection.
