The Account Management Team is responsible for building and maintaining deep partnerships with Yahoo!'s highest value clients, major brands and large businesses that spend from $300,000 annually on advertising with Yahoo! Yahoo! is looking for an Associate Account Manager to join the team and play a key role in supporting our Sales force by managing the day-to-day processes involved in launching, maintaining and optimizing advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include: ** Working directly with Account Managers, Account Executives and clients directly to provide support with client needs. ** Key client contact on billing related issues (Insertion Orders, Invoicing, etc) ** Running reports on advertiser performance ** Delegating tasks to internal operations teams and overseeing process through to completion ** Deliver ad specs to clients and providing screenshots of live placements as requested ** Processing and responding to RFP's for designated Sales Personnel ** Utilizing Y! proprietary tools/systems for creating proposals ** Obtaining research and case studies for sales presentations when needed ** Communicating with vendors regarding upcoming campaigns ** Supporting team in day-to-day tasks and special ad hoc projects ** Providing coverage for Account Managers while out of the office Minimum Job Qualifications: ** BS/BA or equivalent experience ** Passion for marketing and the Internet ** Professional demeanor ** Strong customer focus ** Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ** Strong analytical skills ** Ability to multitask and prioritize across short term and long term goals ** Excellent written and oral communication skills Preferable Job Qualifications: ** 1-2 years Client Services or related experience ** Exceptional computer skills including advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word), and CRM systems ** Creative thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems ** Ability to function equally well independently and as part of a team ** Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily ** Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as be highly responsive to clients ** Proven ability to balance the need of the customer while maintaining corporate objectives ** Strong focus on teamwork and ability to manage relationships across multiple departments Yahoo!
