Coordinates workflow among Floor Technicians. Ensures assigned duties are completed on schedule. Performs a variety of general tasks to maintain patient rooms, patient care areas, offices, hallways, and other assigned area of hospital buildings. Cleans a variety of materials including carpeting, various type floorings and furniture. Floor maintenance duties include finish removal, neutralizing and application of various floor finishes. Overall job functions require the proper use of an array of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Cleans and provides preventative maintenance on equipment as required. Performs routine housekeeping duties, such as patient room cleaning, isolation room cleaning and other duties as needed. Job Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: Able to read, write and perform math skills. Must be able to relate to others with courtesy and tact under normal as well as stressful conditions.
