looking for private money lenders in Portland, Oregon For Sale

?Hello, I?m a real estate investor who works with single-family homes in the area. I buy them, fix them up, and either rent or resell the improved property. The funding comes mostly from private investors, who get a mortgage and a promissory note while I?m getting the property ready to go. Then in one to five years, I?ll give them 5%-10% on that investment plus an appreciation bonus if the property value goes up while I have their money.
