This position is located in the Department of the Interior; Assistant Secretary--Policy, Management, and Budget; Deputy Assistant Secretary-- Technology, Information, and Business Services; Office of Valuation Services (OVS). The OVS performs appraisals, appraisal reviews, appraisal consulting, and related real property valuation assignments for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), National Park Service (NPS), and U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USF&WS). The incumbent serves as a Review Appraiser and works directly for one of the four assigned OVS Client Service Managers. The Review Appraiser will handle the most complex, contentious, and highly political valuation assignments within OVS. Positions are being filled in Boise, ID, Atlanta, GA, Sacramento, CA and Portland, OR duty locations. The Office of Valuation Services has determined that the duties of these positions are suitable for telework and the selectee may be allowed to telework with supervisor approval. **_Salary_** GS-13 Atlanta, GA: $85,500.00 - $111,148.00 per annum GS-13 Boise, ID: $81,823.00 - $106,369.00 per annum GS-13 Sacramento, CA: $87,586.00 - $112,136.00 per annum GS-13 Portland, OR: $86,260.00 - $112,136.00 per annum This vacancy is also announced as **OS-EG-13-MMxxxx77 (MP)** for those applicants who wish to apply and be considered under Merit Promotion procedures (i.e. current competitive service employees, have reinstatement eligibility for the competitive service, or who are eligible for special appointing authorities).
