Responsible for selling Intel architecture based Education solutions through distribution channels and partners. Performing account mgmt responsibilities to existing customers, as well as generating new customers by outbound calls, campaigns or engagement with qualified leads. Identifies decision makers, determine customer needs, and explains product/service alternatives. Recommends the most suitable Education products/service, identifies features and benefits, overcomes customer objections, and closes sale and prepares appropriate documentation. Attempts to cross-sell or up-sell each account and refers to other parts of the sales force as appropriate. Informs and engages customers using persuasive techniques to motivate customers; urge timely action toward actual purchases Education Solutions with Intel technology. Provides customer service to existing customers to ensure satisfaction via internal contact with sales or external contacts with distributors & partners. May direct customers to websites or other company resources for information. May mail marketing/sales literature to prospective clients. May visit customers and partners occasionally.Skills and Experience:Minimum 5 years of inside or outside sales experience. Education solution selling experience preferred, knowledge of the Education Ecosystem preferred. Experience developing customer & partner relationships in person, remotely via phone or video conference is required. BA/BS degree required. Masters degree preferred. Experience working with Intel's OEM partners, channels and solution providers preferred. All candidates must have a permanent right to work in US without sponsorship.
