As our Legal Administrative Assistant, you'll provide our attorneys and paralegals with a wide range of support including extensive file management and organization; assisting clients; coordinating logistics for contract execution; drafting and typing correspondence, contracts and other documents; preparing presentation slides and expense reports; processing mail; tracking requirements. You'll serve as the central point of contact for general practice information and respond tactfully and promptly to inquiries and problems. You'll work with the global real estate department handling real estate transactions worldwide. You will also work with the legal accounting team to ensure timely payment and processing of attorney and vendor invoices, including setting up accounts in our online bill pay systems and answering questions on its use. In addition, you'll also manage calendars and coordinate meetings and events.xxxx14 Qualifications Requirements for the position include: · College degree preferred · 3 years' work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar support role; law firm and/or commercial real estate experience preferred · Experience with Real Estate File Management and Organization Preferred · Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time and prioritize and carry out responsibilities independently in a fast-paced work environment · Excellent oral communication and organizational follow-up skills · Strong interpersonal, team building and people skills; a team player able to establish and build partnerships with all levels of management and business partners · Must have strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) · Must be proactive and take initiative in seeing tasks to completion · Self-starter with ability to work in an unstructured and changing environment · Must demonstrate extreme attention to detail · Accurately and efficiently type, edit and proofread correspondence and legal documents · Create and maintain chronological correspondence and legal documents · Maintain scheduling calendars and track team's work assignments · Update a variety of department reports and databases used by the real estate legal team · Prepare, copy and distribute correspondence and basic legal documents · Interact with other departments in Nike, including but not limited to Commercial and Global Real Estate · Process expense reports and arrange travel · Complete special tasks and projects as assigned
