!*!Business Development Manager (BDM) will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring the accounts of mid-sized businesses within assigned geographic territory. Successful BDM's will sell products and services to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads and referrals. The BDM will analyze customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Recommend wireless solutions with regard to price plans, data and other enhanced services, handsets and accessories to negotiate and close business.Position Duties & Responsibilities: * Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling and networking. * Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Recommend wireless solutions with regard to price plans, data and other enhanced services, handsets and accessories. Negotiate and close deals. * Continuously update knowledge of wireless products, services, industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace. Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings. Increase presence in the community and promote T-Mobile presence in the community. * Provide training for new customers, handle equipment issues, enable a smooth transition to the Support team and reduce Churn * Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.Discretion & Independent Judgment: * Ability to identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate T-Mobile products and services * Ability to determine return on investment when seeking and retaining customers !*!Position Requirements:Functional & Technical Skills: * Ability to provide training to new customers and handle equipment issues * Must have a valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record * Working Knowledge of MS Office ProductsExperience: * 2 Yrs. Outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment * 1 Yr. Cold calling Experience * 1 Yr.
