As an experience Regional Sales Manager at Callisto, you will leverage your previous experience managing and developing customer accounts and driving sales activities to help maintain and grow Callisto’s revenue stream.   Responsibilities of the job include:   Manage and grow existing customer accounts Identify and develop new business opportunitiesQualify new customers and projects Develop long term relationships with potential clients Assist with quotes and proposals Grow the forecast pipeline Develop sales plans to meet and exceed quotas / targets Actively lead and foster partner channelsSkills and Experience:Motivated, energetic and driven Sales Professional, with demonstrated success in Sales and Account Management in a service oriented industry.   Specific requirements include: Patience and persistence to successfully manage a long sales cycle Strong leadership and motivation skills 5+ years Manufacturing experience 5+ years technical sales experience in the Software and Services space Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Proven success managing and growing key accounts Knowledge of Manufacturing Systems, preferably Invensys Wonderware products Understanding of market dynamics and potential effects Technical or business degree is preferred, MBA is an asset Drivers licence Ability to travel globally Please note, any offers made will be conditional on reference and criminal checks.
