The Opportunity: Our Client is a top:ranked Real Estate Team in Portland, OR. We are looking for a skilled Marketing and Client Care Manager to support the Lead Agent in managing the day:to:day flow of business. This is a thriving, busy team that closed 150+ transactions last year and is poised for continued growth. A successful candidate will have substantial financial and professional growth opportunities and eventually will be promoted into an Operations Manager role.What You'll Do:Build: You will play an integral part in continuing to build the business. You will improve, create, and implement systems for sellers, buyers, generating new leads, database management, and back office support.Supervise and Support: The Listing Coordinator and Transaction Coordinator will look to you for direction and support. This means that you are actively engaged in managing the flow of transactions from Listing Appointment to Close.Market: You will coordinate all listing marketing (flyers, e:blasts, brochures, online marketing, etc.) as well as work to enhance the websites, blogs, and social media sites that the team uses.Track and Hold Accountable: You will have your finger on the pulse of the organization. You will track goals vs. results and you will hold the team accountable to surpassing their goals. You will lead the weekly office meeting and coordinate special projects.Serve: You will OWN the customer service role for the company. You will provide world class, concierge:level customer service to clients by serving as the first point of contact for any inquiries and for scheduling appointments with the lead agent. You will take responsibility for the contact management system, client surveys, client parties, and developing systems and procedures that ensure a consistent, positive client experience.Support: In this role, you will provide Executive Assistant support to the Lead Agent. Additionally, your Agent will count on you to keep them informed regarding challenges and issues that need to be handled but otherwise keep them free from distraction.Own It: You are not here to simply earn a paycheck. You will play a significant role in the success of the business and will take on this responsibility with a sense of ownership, commitment, honesty, and integrity. Who You Are:Prior Experience: Ideally, you have worked as a Lead Administrator or Marketing Manager for a residential real estate team. However, real estate experience is not as important as strong marketing skills (writing content, managing a marketing calendar, using Publisher, Adobe Creative Suite or other programs to create marketing collateral, social media savvy), prior leadership/management responsibilities, and outstanding organizational skills. We encourage candidates from all industries . Tech:Savvy: You are comfortable with database management, CRM programs, Microsoft Office programs, and working with digital photography. Knowledge of common real estate programs including MLS, ZipForms, DocuSign and GoogleDocs/Calendar and Infusionsoft experience preferred.SUPER Organized: In your world, systems rule and everything has its rightful place.
