Oversees and supports day-to-day business activities to include: delivering the Lifestyle Lift patient experience, communicates and models corporate values, supports corporate goals and upholds the Lifestyle Lift Pledge without compromising medical care, patient experience, or fiscal responsibility. Manages patient interactions and conducts successful patient consultations. Also responsible for keeping upper management aware of any issues related to the success of the Center.   Please Click Link Below to Watch a Video about Lifestyle Lift http://youtu.be/AdW0S4megKU   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Successfully engages in personal consultations with clients, sharing what Lifestyle Lift can offer, patient testimonials, and information to address the Client’s desires, concerns or objections utilizing company-established consultative sales approach. Upholds and presents a polished, professional image at all times, to include, attire, verbal communications, patient confidentiality, and job performance. Develops each and every lead from initial consultation to post-consultation follow through. Arranges for the Patient to meet the medical staff and schedules procedure appointments according to company guidelines. Consistently assesses openings within the Schedule to be able to service Clients and optimize the Doctors’ schedules. Implements and maintains Center policies and procedures, confers with headquarters and other organizational officials, and staff members as necessary; ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Directs and coordinate the business’s financial and budget activities to fund the business; reviews financial analysis, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure results and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Responsible for optimizing the surgical schedule, and ensuring the surgical schedule adheres to standards and goals set forth by Lifestyle Lift. Works with headquarters to develop the Center’s branding direction and executes brand marketing programs to show, promote, and sell services. Inspects patients' rooms, public access areas for cleanliness and appearance, assures that the facilities are properly maintained and in excellent condition at all times. Manages 1 to 2 employees. Performs a variety of administrative tasks such as preparing, filing and organizing patient charts according to appointment times, updating the call center appointment program, processing patient payments and calling patients to confirm appointments.   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree or 4 year degree from a College or University 4+ years of experience in a professional level sales or sales management environment, preferably offering elective products or services within the beauty, health care, plastic surgery market or other service oriented businesses. Proven track record in meeting performance objectives and consistently ranked within top of sales force preferred. Will consider top ranked business to business or top retail sales performer with proven track record. Possesses exemplary communication skills and a professional presence. Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn and execute new sales/coaching processes/programs. Self- motivated and confident with ability to build rapport according to company established consultative sales approach. Ability to communicate Value according to company established consultative sales approach. Proven ability to Qualify and Close/Convert prospective clients to satisfied customers through company established consultative sales approach Able to discern when to make decisions in a real-time environment vs. when to seek approval. Works well under pressure, possesses the ability to multi-task, and does not waiver in working as a team.
