I am 25-year-old graduate student at Pacific University, and I am looking for a fellow female roommate to rent the master bedroom of my fully furnished condo. The unfurnished master bedroom comes with its own shower and bathroom.
The condo is 3 levels with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, and an outdoor balcony with a BBQ. It is a 10 min walk or 2 min drive from the Willow Creek MAX station.
Rent is $800/month and includes all utilities, cable, Internet, AC/heat, home security system, and in-unit washer/dryer.The security deposit is one month?s worth of rent.
