I'm a peaceful, easy-going, neat/clean, pet-less (animal friendly), kid-less (kid friendly), mid-40's, creative, conscious, youthful, respectfully omnivorous, non-smoker (herb friendly), single, straight (LGBT friendly), female professional. Very reliable, considerate and respectful of others space/things. I have my own bedroom/office/creative furniture and camping/travel gear, plus a bike. Though I adore animals, I'd rather not to live with pets right now. Could be ok with one older, shorter-haired, mellow, quiet dog or cat. I'm very handy and previously have been a successful house manager/caretaker/house-sitter/pet-sitter/painter/light carpenter and landscaper. Looking for rent in the $500-650/month range -- possibly higher for a fabulous place. Hoping to move as soon as possible. Have solid references. No basements or party houses.
