Looking for a house with yard or some access to an area for gardening, somewhere in the SE, not too far away from the river. I'm all-type of person friendly, but seems that most of the ads on are looking for people aged 20 - 30?s. I don't mind that, I get it, and I have kids in that range. So probably looking for someone more in the range of 40 - 60?s, but completely open to any age roommate. I?ve lived with lots of people and generally get along well with people. Don?t mind a little pot, but can't handle tons of it if it's reeking up the entire place. Don?t think I could live with a tobacco smoker unless you ALWAYS smoked outside. I do eat meat occasionally, so if bacon disgusts you... look elsewhere. :) Generally I eat really clean and fresh and like keeping the kitchen clean. I?m over 50, athletic, computer science degree, working artist. I have a studio, so between that and my job, I?m gone a lot. Probably would be considered very liberal, but I?m more of a technical person than a political person and that sort of categorization seems silly to me. Like to bike and hike and read, want it quiet after 11 - 12 at night (Mostly). Don?t try to talk to me before coffee; I can hardly stand up straight at that point. Really good cook, and I share. Can fix things and don't mind yard work. If it means anything to you, I'm INTP. I like good music, and I like quiet. Nix on the TV. I have two very well behaved cats, one is friendly, the other shy, and I'd like them to be able to go outside. I clean their litter box EVERY DAY and it never is a problem. If two cats are one too many I would consider adopting one out, but one is definitely part of the deal.  Best of luck to us in our search! Diana
