I am looking for a housemate in their late 20s/early 30s (and up) to move in around September 1st, but can be flexible by a few days. The rent is $xxxx, split evenly at $937.50 each, plus utilities (electricity + internet is usually $60-90 per person). There is also a $500 security deposit required by the landlord, in addition to first month's rent. The apartment is furnished with the exception of the bedroom. There is plenty of storage space for extra belongings or furniture.
