Looking for a quiet affordable room for rent. I work Mon-Fri 8-5 as a customer service rep. No pets, non smoker, occasional drinker, new to the area so visitors or overnight guests would not be a problem. Looking for someone willing to take a payment of $200 immediately and the remainder on 8/14. Just started a new job so this would be the only time needing to pay rent in sections. References can be provided and willing to do a background check if needed. I work a full 40 hours a week and I have my own car. Looking for a room ASAP!
