Hello! I'm looking for a temp/sublet room for the months of August - September (starting August 1st), possibly into October and/or November depending on what's available. I already live in Portland, and am only looking for places in Multnomah County (sorry, no Clackamas, Gresham, Beaverton or Hillsboro, please), ideally west of the I-205. I play rent and utilities on time, and am very clean and respectful. I'm looking for a sublet or temporary room while a best friend of mine begins a hunt to buy a house here in Portland, which I'll move in to. Obviously, since we're talking about purchasing a home, it could take longer than expected, so my needed date range of August - September is the minimum, and any flexibility past September is nice (but not necessary).
