Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my 10 month lease in my Breckenridge Apartment because I am moving to Seattle. It is a 2 Bedroom Apartment and I live with a roommate right now who is awesome! What we are looking for in a roommate is someone who is responsible, clean, considerate, friendly, and easy to get along with. We are looking for girls only and you can move in mid August and the lease ends beginning of May! You would be taking my spot in the Master Bedroom with an attached Bathroom. Rent is $825 which includes a carport right outside. Power, Cable, and Water are additional to rent.
