Hi all, My name is Elise and I am a 22 yr old professional seamstress and recent college grad. I'll be moving back up to Portland around mid-september and will be looking for a place around $400-$800. I want to live with roommates and not by myself because of financial reasons and partly because I don't want to turn into a little old cat lady before my time! I'm hoping to live on the East side because I've lived downtown before and while I loved it I think I'll be even happier across the river. The sewing school I'm hoping to attend in xxxx is also right around 54th and Sandy. I don't own pets, I don't smoke and rarely drink, but I'm not opposed to others doing so and love kids and animals. I'm a fairly quiet person, especially at night despite being somewhat of a night owl. That being said, I am very fun-loving, friendly, and positive, even if I'm a tad bit shy at first. In my free time, of which there is very little, I like to play Magic the Gathering, practice my flute, and mostly just work on my sewing projects. My bedroom would have to double as a sewing studio until I can find a space separately, but nothing I do is particularly noisy or obtrusive in any way. I'd love to help in the garden or be a part of any musical ventures that might be taking place in the house too! I have a steady long distance boyfriend that would be visiting about every three months and staying with me (no more that a few nights at a time because he is a full time student elsewhere.) My ideal roommates are active, creative, and tidy. I've lived with roommates for quite a few years so I'm in the habit of keeping my effects confined to my own space and leaving the kitchen nice. I'd be out of the house nearly every day due to multiple jobs and part-time schooling for my apparel accreditation, but still take an active role in the housely day-to-day. Thanks for reading!
