Hey there. I am moving out of state and therefore am subleasing my room at The Retreat. There is a chance of an early move in request if you need to move in before the 14th. The room is in a 4 bedroom unit however you would be able to switch to a 2 or 3 if you wanted and you would be able to choose roommates. Rent is $580/month and that includes your own room, bathroom, walk in closet, washer/dryer, and all utilities as well as cable.
