KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Our Associate Management Consultant model provides the support functions of very large consulting practices: education, client acquisition, client enablement, client talent acceleration, and client sustainment. Our Associates enjoy the freedom of owning their own practice (I),who are plugged into a tenured team of Shared Services (We).
Responsibilities:
Become a xxxx Independent Contractor
Act as a Business Owner and build and grow your own business
Become a thought leader and develop & manage a large portfolio of Corporate and High Potential clients.
Initiate and build business relationships with Frontline leaders, Human Resources, Management, Senior Directors, and Executives across client’s organization.
Use own personal existing network to obtain leads, and generate business
Achieve understanding of the clients most important business and talent needs
Tailor client focused value propositions effectively positioning Predictive Group recommendations
Creates client led solutions
Drive the sales close through navigation of resistance, decision processes, and leveraging drivers.
Promotes and drives customer satisfaction
Ensures implementation of contracts for recurring needs.
Follows up project management activity with our further consultancy resources, and appropriate Senior Associates, to ensure the highest quality provided.
Knowledge/Skills/Professional Requirements:
Must currently live in & have a strong established business/life network in location of open position
Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional career experience required
Expert in problem solving, who can identify issues, obstacles, and opportunities and then develop and implement effective solutions.
Understand and believe in the value of Talent Measurement in strategic human capital solutions.
Strong business acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adaptability
Ability to use internal influence to ensure that the full capabilities are brought to bear in serving our clients.
The ability to strategically target prospects, build relationships, transfer knowledge, and collaborate with business leaders at all levels
Demonstrate high business ethics, drive, commitment, innovation and ability to balance simultaneous projects
