I will throw in the tactical vest for $40 extra. I bought this AR 8 months ago, since then I have taken it out shooting once! And that's not because I don't enjoy shooting, in fact it's the opposite but the issue is having the time and the gas and someone to come along, etc. etc. So instead of going out shooting a lot and burning through hundreds of $ of ammo, I just saved up and bought parts for it when I could.
The one time I did take it out target shooting, I also had to zero my new scope. So I did that first, and then tried some rapid fire drills and it functioned absolutely flawlessly! I shot 100 rounds through this rifle myself. My friend who I bought it from almost never shot it either. He said he ran 300 rounds through it to break it in. The rifling is perfect, as it should be. So then I did all of the upgrades above. Great gun!

I've got much more than that into it. So it's a great deal for someone who wants a very versatile yet still lightweight rifle. Also with the ability to replace broken parts/fix it & get her back up and running in the field; with the extra parts that I'm including & with minimal tools if any at all.
