Grizzly G1015 72" Knife Belt Sander/Buffer in Portland, Oregon For Sale

This sander is in excellent condition. It was purchased last year (7/12/14) direct from Grizzly for $604 shipped. This sander and has only been used a few times. It works great, but I'm moving to a smaller space soon and I won't be able to bring the sander with me.
I'm including 6 high quality cloth belts worth about $10-15 each. One is the belt that came with the sander. The other 5 are 3m Cubitron 947A 40 grit belts that I purchased separately.
I'll also include the home made stand seen in the photos if you want it.
