WANTED: National Cash Register Repair Person in Portland, Oregon For Sale

This had worked by electric or crank handle for many years. Currently it seems to be locked up. Neither the electric or crank handle will open the drawers. I don't know if I'm missing a key to something or if there is a mechanical issue.
